So much so that through anecdotal client feedback, and our own competitor analysis, we have demonstrated that CompAssess typically operates at a 10-15% percent price point difference based on comparable 'apple for apple' services.

Solution Quality

We understand that one of the core reasons why organisations deploy consulting services is to access expertise, capability and resources not available internally. Naturally, consultancies live and die by the quality and value of their work and CompAssess is no exception.

All CompAssess consultants are carefully vetted and submitted to our own accreditation standards before deployed to client projects. And most are experienced registered psychologists. Exceptions to this standard are rare, and only in situations where the sheer weight of experience and track record, coupled with performance against CompAssess accreditation standards makes a compelling case. For example, our assessors in the areas of commercial acumen and financial decision making are not registered psychologists but highly experienced semi-retired financial controllers from medium to large Australian businesses.

Finally, we guarantee the continuity of consultant resources working on any particular project (other than in acts of God) to ensure seamless service and uninterrupted quality standards.

Independence

CompAssess is a fiercely independent organisation with no vested interest, pecuniary or otherwise, in particular psychometric tools or approaches. As a 'consulting in' rather than 'product out' organisation, we offer a genuinely customer-centric service rather than 'pushing' a particular model or propriety product on to our clients. In a very real sense, this means sourcing, building and customising the solution to your specifications, rather than attempting to manipulate your needs to fit our product offerings.

This means we will happily will source any particular tools, or apply any approaches valued by our clients and incorporate these into our assessment and development processes.

Service Responsiveness

Service is our passion and has proved a key differentiator for CompAssess, as reported by many of our valued clients.

Many consulting assignments can be logistically demanding and we work with our clients prior to the commencement of the project to establish clear service levels to be met throughout the project lifecycle. And we will report against these service levels at agreed intervals.

Flexibility and Ease of Doing Business

We pride ourselves on being easy to do business with. To achieve this, flexibility is demanded. Reflecting our customer-centricity, we work to incorporate client preferred approaches, models and tools into the project specifications. At the same time, we will openly communicate the pros and cons of different options on issues such as validity, reliability, and costs so that both parties enter into agreements with 'eyes wide open'. At CompAssess, we have no sacred cows!
