CompAssess Overview

Compassess specialises in helping organisations more effectively manage the acquisition and development of talent to support current business strategies and to prepare for future challenges. We help our clients align their business and people strategies by applying our methodologies in six core areas: talent acquisition, pinpointing development needs, organisational transformation, succession management, building project capability and leveraging sales force effectiveness.

Our services include the development of people strategy, capability or success profiling, psychological testing, assessment and development centres, and development planning. Our development programs also include courses in behavioural interviewing, project and change management, and coaching. Because of our pragmatic business solutions, we are the preferred supplier for a growing number of prominent Australian organisations.

CompAssess is Australian owned and managed by a team of four highly experienced and innovative Directors. The Directors have successfully completed assignments in more than a 80 of the top 200 performing Australian companies as reported by BRW, and worked in more than 15 countries in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Since the formation of CompAssess, we have grown rapidly to become a major force in human capital consulting in Australia and the Pacific basin. In early 2003 we also expanded into the UK market and have completed assignments for the London based operations of a number of our key clients. In September 2003, our innovative Asian assessment operation went live and we now assess candidates across much of Asia.

Our reputation has grown rapidly and, since our inception, we have partnered with a significant number of major organisations across a range of industry sectors. Our strategy has been to build long-term partnerships with our clients and to this end we are proud to have preferred supplier agreements with a growing number of private and public sector organisations.
